ICONS MEDIA HOLDINGS – MASTER PRIVACY POLICY

SECTION I: FOUNDATION, SCOPE, AND ELIGIBILITY

 

1.1 The Icons Ecosystem: These Terms apply to all services, platforms, applications, and APIs
owned or operated by Icons Media Holdings, its subsidiaries, and affiliated entities
(collectively, the “Icons Ecosystem”). By accessing any part of the Icons Ecosystem, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.

 

1.2 Integrated Platforms: Your Icons Account provides unified access across:

 

  • Iconese Studios: Creative AI generation, screenplay conversion, and visual production.
  • Iconese Publishing: E-commerce and literary platform for book publishing, distribution,
    and author marketing.
  • Iconslive: Real-time social broadcasting and live engagement.
  • Iconese Play: Gaming, interactive experiences, digital diaries, and utility applications.
  • Iconese.TV: Digital broadcasting, video-on-demand, and cinematic streaming.
  • Iconese Music: Audio production, music streaming, and sound distribution.
  • Icons Store & Dev Console: Digital marketplace and developer distribution hub.


1.3 Proprietary Infrastructure & Data: The Icons Ecosystem is hosted on proprietary servers
owned and operated by Icons Media Holdings. While we utilize third-party authentication
services (such as Google or Apple) to facilitate access, all user data, account information, and
service interactions are processed and stored within our secure, proprietary systems.

 

1.4 Eligibility & Age: Services are strictly for users 18+. Minor usage of “Iconese Play” utilities

is permitted solely under the supervision of a primary adult account holder.


1.5 Time Management & Parental Control: The Company does not monitor or limit the
duration of user engagement. We are not responsible for extended periods of use. Parents
and guardians are solely responsible for supervising minor usage and setting appropriate
time limits.


SECTION II: CONTENT RIGHTS AND ACCOUNT CONTROL


2.1 Intellectual Property (UGC): Users grant Icons Media Holdings a worldwide, non-exclusive,
royalty-free, perpetual license to host, archive, reproduce, distribute, and display content
uploaded to any platform, including Iconslive, Iconese.TV, and Iconese Music.

 

2.2 Cross-Platform Usage: Content (including audio, video, and text) uploaded to one
platform within the Icons Ecosystem may be distributed or featured across other platforms
(e.g., Iconslive content may be featured on Iconese.TV) at the Company’s sole discretion.

 

2.3 Account Control: Icons Media Holdings reserves the right to monitor, access, suspend, or terminate user accounts at any time for violations of these Terms or Community Guidelines. We retain full operational control over all accounts to ensure platform integrity and security.


SECTION III: FINANCIAL PROTOCOL AND CREDIT HIERARCHY

 

3.1 Unified Credit System: All accounts utilize a tiered credit system. Credits are consumed in
the following order:

 

  • Tier 1: Monthly Subscription Credits (allocated via recurring membership).
  • Tier 2: Top-Up Credits (purchased separately).

3.2 Persistence: Monthly credits are consumed first. Top-Up credits are non-expiring and
remain in your balance until fully exhausted.


3.3 Billing & Refunds:
Gateways: Purchases are processed via secure third-party gateways (Apple, Google,
Stripe).


Digital Goods: Due to immediate costs of AI processing and licensing, all digital sales and
credit top-ups are final and non-refundable.


Physical Goods (Iconese Publishing): Returns are accepted only for manufacturing
defects or shipping damage. Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing and delivery.


SECTION IV: ACCEPTABLE USE AND COMMUNITY GUIDELINES


4.1 Community Standards: We enforce a Zero Tolerance policy for:

 

  • Harassment, bullying, or hate speech.
  • Graphic nudity or explicit sexual content.
  • Illegal acts or promotion of unlawful activities.
  • Plagiarism or unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct: Users and developers are strictly prohibited from:

 

  • Reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempting to replicate the technology of the Icons
    Ecosystem.
  • Engaging in “jailbreaking,” adversarial prompting, or prompt injection against our AI
    models (e.g., /v1/orion/generate).
  • Unauthorized distribution of API keys or leveraging our infrastructure to facilitate illegal
    activity.

4.3 Feedback Rights: Feedback or suggestions provided by users/developers are voluntary
and may be used by the Company without any obligation or compensation.


SECTION V: DEVELOPER CONSOLE & API TERMS


5.1 Developer Responsibility: Developers using the Icons Developer Console are solely
responsible for the content, code, and functionality of their submitted applications. Icons Media Holdings does not verify or endorse third-party apps.

 

5.2 API Access: Access to the “Icons Universal Matrix Core” API is provided for approved use cases. We reserve the right to throttle, monitor, or revoke API access to maintain stability.


5.3 Modification Notice: We provide reasonable advance notice for material changes to these
Terms, except where immediate updates are required for security, legal, or regulatory
compliance.


SECTION VI: DATA GOVERNANCE AND PRIVACY


6.1 Data Usage: We collect Identity, Financial, Usage, and Technical Data to provide a unified
experience, process orders, perform marketing analytics, and ensure platform security
(bot/fraud prevention).


6.2 Data Portability: Users may request an export of their data or a permanent “Right to be
Forgotten” deletion via the “Settings” menu. We will process these requests within 30 days,
subject to legal retention requirements (e.g., financial audits).


6.3 Processing: By using our services, you consent to the storage and processing of your data
in the jurisdictions where Icons Media Holdings maintains facilities.


SECTION VII: LIABILITY, DISCLAIMERS, AND GOVERNING LAW


7.1 “As-Is” Provision: The Icons Ecosystem is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We disclaim all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.


7.2 AI & Marketing Disclaimer: Iconese Studios provides creative assistance and does not
guarantee industry-standard compliance. Iconese Publishing does not guarantee specific
sales volumes. Users are the final responsible party for all outputs.


7.3 Liability Cap: Icons Media Holdings’ total liability for any claim shall not exceed the
amount paid by the user to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.


7.4 Service Interruptions: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for
outages, including those resulting from third-party login providers or infrastructure partners.


7.5 Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which
Icons Media Holdings is registered.
